I've come along way since being here at SCARS. When I first arrived, I would not come near my foster mom, I was just so scared of everyone. Today I LOVE attention and especially love when volunteers come to walk me or play ball with me. I am a high energy Collie cross, so I absolutely need an active home. I would do best in a home with older children, as I can still be a little nervous. I am a very smart guy and learn very quickly. I have been good with other dogs, but don't know about cats. I am house and crate trained.
A volunteers Note on me:
The dog loving volunteer here is completely baffled by the lack of interest in me. How could somebody not love my size(medium), my beautiful glossy all black coat, my intelligent husky like face and my excellent listening skills. I’m modest but she’s encouraged me to mention how adorable I am when I hop through the long grass at my amazing speed. I’m one of the fastest dogs here and love to quad!
