I found my FOREVER home! ! I couldn't have asked for a better family. They are definitely worth the wait. They adopted me and my foster brother Finny together! We are enjoying our new mom, dad, sister and four legged brother. Thanks so much to my foster mom Colleen who really helped me work on my shyness and to our SCARS director, Sylvia who knew I was worth it! My new home promises to keep SCARS updated on me and Finny, so you will hear back from us soon!

Hey, I have a new trainer now who says I'm so smart. I have been with SCARS for a while, but that's because my potential was hidden. Now I'm starting to shine. I'm in a new foster home with friends, that I'm learning to get along with, cats, who I can take naps with, and a Foster Mom and Dad who really love me. There have been a few hiccups, but nothing that can't be fixed. I really want to thank the people at SCARS who have never given up on me, and my new trainer Dave who is showing me a new way.

I am a medium sized girl (48lbs) and am very friendly. I am not great with dogs that I don't know and I seem to be better hanging with the boys then the girls (they are more fun anyway!) I am super loyal and I will follow you everywhere! I'm young, I would say about a year or two, and I am house trained.

Hey Rumba here, I'm back at SCARS. You see, I ended up at the pound as a stray and my original adoptive family could not be found. Lucky for me my microchip also traced me back to SCARS.

I am currently staying at a foster home with 8 acres to roam around on. Not that I wander anywhere as I just like to be near my foster family at all times. So here I am and what a great boy I turn out to be. I must be because my foster dad really really likes me. He even took me over to the dog wash for a bath. ( Shhhhh, I heard him say that he would trade his dogs in for me too.)

I am great in the house, a little unsure of the cats and the little ones here and loud voices scare me a bit. My favorite thing is my foster mom. She lets me cuddle with her as long as I want. She is also teaching me some basic commands like sit and down.

Although I am fully grown (1-1/2 yrs old and 60lbs) I still have a lot of puppy energy. I would love an active family who will take me out for walks or runs and spoil me. Are you my special family?

I'M GOING TO BE AT TAILZ ON SATURDAY !

Who could resist this face? Who could resist these brains?
I am now in a new foster home and I am having a BLAST! I am with four other dogs, and my foster mom couldnt be more pleased with me. Well, sometimes she has to tell me to share my toys and my bed, but come on people, do you share everything with everyone. Yah, I have to work on that, but other than that I dont hear them complaining! They keep telling me that I would be good at agility or some sort of sport as I am very agile. I do have to admit though that I am not a big fan of cats or children, but you, yes you, I would be so loyal to you! I love to follow my foster parents around everywhere and please them. I know how to sit, wait, lay down, shake a paw like a gentleman and when it is time to go to bed or for you to go to work, I love to lay in my crate. Oh yah! I forgot the most important thing... I am 100% housetrained.

If you have room in your heart for a dog that loves to play fetch, will always stay by your side and wants his own family to be loyal to, I AM YOUR MAN!

Perfectly poised picture of a perfectly happy dog! My wish list includes...an acreage or farm with lots of room to run (no cats please), Children old enough to drive a quad that would love to let me run along with them through the fields, a warm home a night filled with love and laughter that I can join into, and regular food and water. Pretty short list, but if you have it well you should call now!! Dont wait any longer - please!!!

I HAVE MOVED UP TO HIGH PRAIRIE AND AM PART OF THE PARS GROUP NOW. LOOK FOR ME ON THEIR WEB SITE AT:

Who's looking for a large walking teddy bear? I am a large possibly Chow/Rottie cross. I LOVE playing ball (can you tell from my picture?). LOVE it! I am a large guy and maybe not suitable for smaller children as my manners really do need to be worked on. I am very friendly and sometimes to smart for my own good, so my foster mom says when it's time to go back in my run. My favorite sport is dropping the ball right in front of the mower so my foster mom HAS to play.

For further information please call (780) 466- SCAR

I am one happy boy!

I am a Lab cross and am a medium sized guy. I just showed up at a farm that happens to be neighbours with my foster mom, so here I am. I have lots of energy but listen so well and know some basic commands. I am crate trained. My foster mom really enjoys having me around, she would rather see me in my forever home, since I love attention

For more information please call (780) 466 - SCAR

You can call me Finn. I look like a completely different dog now. I have grown all my hair back and boy am I handsome. As you can see I have a purple tongue, so likely a Chow cross. I am very friendly and have been good with other dogs, but I really don't like cats. I'm a large guy (approx. 70lbs). I am house trained, great on and off leash and love attention. So I'm all good now, so if your thinking of adopting me, I can not wait to be the center of someones world. Please click here to see additional photos of me

Any ball players!!! I could go for hours playing. I am a Rottie cross and am a medium sized girl. Like I said, I LOVE playing with balls or anything that can be thrown. I am only about a year old and I would prefer a home with no small children as I think I would not be the best one to teach them how to share their toys.

I've got spunk, good looks and I'm pretty darn smart. I'm great with people and with most dogs but don't even show me a cat! So if you have no cats and are looking for a girl that is house trained, great on and off leash, LOVES toys, especially the squeaky ones we need to talk. I am a medium sized Shepard and really am a nice girl.

Hi I am Sunny and the best word to describe me is amazing.

First, let me  tell you about some of the not so good things I have experienced! Most noticeably, I only have three legs. Someone shot me in the front leg and left me without medical attention. By the time SCARS rescued me from the pound, my leg was so damaged it could not be saved. Prior to this I lost half my tail (my Foster family doesn’t want to imagine how that happened). Also, it looks like another dog bit off the tip of one of my ears!

As my body betrays, I have had difficult times in my life; but, none of the bad things that have happened to me have affected my sweet disposition. I am great with other dogs, and all people. I have learned to walk on all different types of surfaces, I love the couch and the cupboard that has all the delicious treats in it! I am good in the car and I am house trained. I still have trouble with stairs, but I expect I will get better at this with a little more practice. I am an amazingly gentle and loving fellow.

My Foster Mom says I have the courage of a champion and the soul of an angel. SCARS saved me, so I can bring joy into your life. I am a very special guy. Are you the very special family for me?

LOOK AT ME FLY!!!

My name is Jeckyl and I am AWESOME!!!

I love to work and try really hard to please...it's never hard for me though as I am such a great boy. I am housetrained, cratetrained, good with other dogs, love people (and little 2 leggers)and I am ready and eager to learn. So far my new tricks include: sit, stay, wait, shake, down, off, leave it...the list goes on and on! I have even been learning how to do some agility -I went through the tunnel all on my own without even being asked the second time! You should see me in action, for a newbie I am pretty amazing! I am about knee high and marvellously sweet! I need a family who will keep my training up, spend lots of time with me, make sure I keep learning and using my noggin, play and exercise me lots -and lovelovelove me. A canine sibling would be a plus as I hate to be left all alone.

While I recuperate from my health issues and wait to be moved to my new home, I will enjoy the time and love that my foster home lavishes upon me. I am ever grateful to my foster home family for taking such wonderful care of me.

Photo copyright of SCARS BUZZ
I am a Shepard cross and am such a nice guy. I have the craziest ears that kind of look like propellers. Maybe that's how I got the name Buzz! I want nothing more then to make you happy. I so well behaved. My foster mom can not think of anything wrong with me. I am a little shy at first but that does not last long. I love going for quad rides or just watching my foster mom work in the yard. I have been good with other dogs, but no idea about cats yet. I really like playing with Peanut and sometimes we play outside longer than my foster mom likes (sorry)! I am very good natured, and need to find that lucky home to take me in forever!

I'M GOING TO BE AT TAILZ ON SATURDAY !

Ok who remembers Pumpkin? Well to make a long story short SCARS had Pumpkin some time ago, she was extremely shy but with alot of patience she has since found her home. At the same time as we caught Pumpkin we picked up 6 three week old puppies. The puppies were bottle fed because we could not catch the mother but the puppies had to be moved -or else. So, orignally we tried to catch Pumpkins sister, who was the mother of the puppies. Confused yet? SCARS was very upset that we could not catch the mother and never did see her again until now. Who could forget this face? This little girl ended up at the pound with coincidentally 3 more puppies. So we are thrilled to have Pumpkins sister finally in our care.

My foster Mom could not part with me so she is taking me to Calgary when she moves. I will have 2 brother Aussie (4 legged friend) and Trystan (2 legged buddy) and an aunt & an uncle ... a HUGE fenced backyard - which backs on to an off leash dog park ... so I will have many buddies to meet. My foster Mom & I will miss Athabasca & the wonderful lady who first took me in ... but with life comes change & I am sure I will handle it fine since everyone who meets me falls in love with me!

Happy Trails,

Love JillyBean

Hi, my name is Layne. I'm about 2 years old and I just moved into my new city foster home.I'm about 45 lbs and a good solid medium size! My foster mom thinks I have the cutest expressions. I'm neutered and just awesome in my crate. I'm not terribly bothered with the cat-maybe he will decide we can be friends some day! I walk really nicely on my leash but I'm not a big fan of other male dogs.Give the number a call so we can hook up and play some fetch.

Now who says dogs like me don't find homes? It's true, I've had a very rough go of things since coming to SCARS with my broken hip & glaucoma in my left eye (which had to be removed), my diaphramatic hernia and my ruptured gall bladder, and a very serious seizure a couple months ago. However, since coming to SCARS in September 2007, they have made it possible for me to have all of my medical needs taken care of, and get me to the point where I would be ready to move onto my furever home.

My new mom drove all the way up from Calgary to come and meet me, and she just knew that I was the boy for her, and I know she's the mom for me. I jumped right into her truck, and for a guy who throws up after more than 30 minutes in a vehicle, I slept pretty much the whole way to my new home - no puking!

I would like to take this opportunity to thank both of my foster homes for caring for me so much, and quite literally saving my life more than once. I am the essence of what SCARS is all about - giving those of us who don't stand a chance, a second chance. Both of my foster moms were amazing. The love and care they showed me were so unconditional - they are why I am here today, and starting my new life in Calgary. I will never forget any of you, and I hope you will all come to visit me sometime and see how great I am doing.

Hi Everyone, my official name is Moesley but you can call me Moe Moe just like the children do in my new foster home. I want you to know that I am a great guy.(I must be, because my foster daddy really likes me.)I love my human's, especially the children. I am great off leash and not to bad on the leash. My foster mom is working with me on that. I think I am a Collie/Newfie cross but I am not really sure. I am a little older but still full of life and love.
A couple other things you should know about me. I am not a big fan of cats, so a cat free home would be the best. And I am better with the lassy dogs then I am with the gentlemen dogs. I know there is someone special out there for me, I just can't figure out why it is taking so long for you to find me.

Do you think you can give this guy a wonderful home? If yes, give the number below a call.

I'M GOING TO BE AT TAILZ ON SATURDAY !

I just wanted to update everyone on myself. First I'm a great girl!I love people, good with most other dogs and I'm just a good girl. My specialty is playing with another doggy buddy, love it, love it. I am a medium sized Rotti cross. I know people can be afraid of us Rotties, specially us one eyed ones but I'm very sweet. If you think I might be the girl for your family, just give me a call, I maybe busy chasing Sinbad around but I'll make the time for you.

What a beautiful guy I am. I am a large Shepard and am about 6 years old. I was surrendered by my owners into another shelter and am now here. Don't worry it was not because of anything I had done wrong. I am house trained, great with other dogs, and listen to every word you say. I do pull on a leash, so I may require a little work on that unless you don't mind having any feeling in your hand. I am great off leash.

You may notice I have the same picture up as Polly. That's because we got adopted by the same family! My new mom and dad fell in love with my picture and when they found out Polly and I were together, they fell in love with her too! We are both so happy we found this perfect home. Thank you so much to my foster mom Colleen for teaching me basic manners and reminding me to be patience. It sure paid off!

Why am I smiling? Because I know how I can steal your heart! And I am one happy guy!

I have 3 acres to run on with four other four leggers. We have lots of fun playing tag out in the yard. That is my favorite game, oh besides playing fetch. I am crate trained, house trained, listen very well, and am just an all around happy go lucky guy. Also, I am only about a year and a half old. Just like you I have some stipulations as to where I would like to live. I would love to go to a home that does not have cats, as they are too fast to catch, and a home without children would keep me the relaxed kinda guy that I am. That's a short list of requirements, don't 'ya think?

Call the number below if you want to come and meet me. Ssshhhh I will show you where they keep the dog bones!

All I want is to follow you around, go for walks, have a warm place to sleep, have some good grub and most of all have lots of attention. I am a larger girl and do require my excercise. I am a very friendly girl and just want my forever home to find me.

It's been a tough life, I have spent my entire life before SCARS chained up. I have many things to learn yet, which sadly are things I should already know. I will take a little time, but my foster has the patience so I will keep you updated on how I do. Sadly there were several more of my friends tied to chains, Winston being one of them. SCARS will be returning for them as soon as they have the room.

I am a 2 year old collie cross and am about 55 pounds. I am so beautiful and smart. I have been waiting for awhile for a family that knows just how wonderful I can be. My foster mom says the list of good things about me could go on forever but I'll share some of them with you:

1. I am house trained and VERY well behaved indoors
2. I love playing with other dogs (especially Druid)
3. I am the BEST listener in the world.
5. I love running, playing and walking

I do have some things my new owners need to help me with. I hate kennels or crates so I need someone who will be patient with me. I need an experienced owner who knows how to work with dogs who can be fearful in new situations. I am not sure how I will be with cats, but I would be better in a home without young kids. I need a lot of exercise to keep my waist slim and trim. I also would prefer an indoor home as I have never lived outside. I may sound demanding, but a girl has to dream for the perfect home, right? If you think your home fits the bill, give me a call!

I'm only about 6 months old but I'll be a big girl. I'm a little shy at first but I still love attention. I came from the pound with my brother who was adopted from there, so it's just me.

Hi All! I am Tasha, a Husky Sheppard mix whose goal in life is to love and be loved. I am 8 months old, and love people, dogs, and children. Now that I have introduced my fine furry self, I would like to share with you some good news and bad news.

First the good news…
I am pretty much the best dog you can imagine. I am house trained and so very well behaved. I have the best manners around. In fact my foster mom asked me to teach her dogs a few trick. I never jump up on people, I very rarely bark, and ask very nicely to go outside. I am kennel trained and know how to sit and am working on stay. I even wait to be invited onto the couch before I come up to cuddle. I give the nicest kisses around and would be great in a home with kids and other dogs. I am about 60 pounds now and will be close to 80 when I am done growing. That all sounds perfect, right?

And now for the bad news…
I haven’t had the best luck in my short life. I am only about 8 months old and have what the vets call “hip dysplasia” which is pretty uncommon in a young dog like me. Apparently I was born with it. I have been in a lot of pain most of my short life. I am on pain medicine daily and have a very difficult time keeping up with my foster siblings. I want so badly play with all my K9 friends, but it just hurts so much when I try. I can only go on short walks without whining to sit for a while. Recently, SCARS has got me in to see a specialist who said he can do surgery to fix my hips! Hurrah! He said this surgery can give me a new life without pain and discomfort. Once the surgery is done, I will be a new dog and ready for a furever home of my own!

The only catch is that the surgery is very expensive. There are very few people who would pay for me to get my little hips working again, but SCARS thinks I am worth it. I will most likely have to wait until I am one year old, when I am fully grown. Until then, I am asking people to help SCARS help animals like me, animals that would not otherwise be given that second chance. I will keep you posted on my health.

UPDATE

May 1: I met with the vet again today and he said my hips are the same, no better, no worse. Because of this, I have to wait for about 4-6 months before surgery is a viable option. Until then, keep me in your thoughts. I am still up for adoption, but will need a family dedicated to keep me pain-free and who can finacially afford a dog like me long term.

Hey there! Bella here. I didn't seem to know my name when I moved in here, so my new foster family has changed it a bit, to Bella. I've been here for just over a week and my foster mom says she lu-u-uvs me lots! She just can't believe that I'm barely six months old because I'm such a calm little girl. Not to say that my get-up-and-go got up and went, or anything like that. I still have lots of energy and enthusiasm for a good game of tag with my foster sibs in the yard, or some nice play wrestling. But, I am happy to settle with a chew toy in the house, or cuddle up with my foster mom. Snuggle Bunny is my new nickname! Mom says that I'm "coming along nicely" with learning to be more gentle when I bounce on over to surprise her with a "hug" when she isn't looking, or when I play with the wee orphan puppy who lives here too. Baby barely squeaks at all anymore when we play - mom really wasn't impressed when I made the baby sqeak! I'm crate trained and mom thought I was pretty much potty trained until I gave her another little surprise on the floor. She didn't look happy about that either.... So, it's back to the books with that one. I just get so busy, I forget! I am a puppy, you know!! Mom has been a tad lacsadaisical in the leash-training department. I'd rather go for a sniff than a walk! But, I have perfected the "sit", and it's now my default behaviour whenever I think she wants something but I don't know what! I really do want to please, her, and she says I am just the sweetest girl, with the most beautiful markings she ever did see. So, if you're kind-hearted and easy-going and looking for sweet and friendly, you might like to give her a call.

I am a SWEETHEART! See more HERE!!- CLICK HERE!

My brother, Duke, and I have been in our foster home since before Christmas. We are now 7 months old and doing great. We really love our foster mom, and we know she loves us, but it is time we expanded our horizons and found our forever homes. We were a bit sick when we first came to SCARS, but we are all better now & ready to worm our way into a new family. I can be more on the shy side, but what a sweetheart I am. I know I will miss my brother if we don't get to stay together, but if the right home comes along, I know we will adjust.

I'M GOING TO BE AT TAILZ ON SATURDAY !

If you are looking for the perfect dog, look no further. I am approximately 8 months old now and about 35 pounds. I won’t be a really big girl, maybe around 45 lbs. when I am fully grown. Being outside and playing in the snow is one of my greatest pastimes. Sometimes my foster mom has to go outside to actually bring me back in! (I am a little stubborn when there is a smell to follow.) However, I have a pretty short coat, so I do need to be an inside dog most of the time. Because I am a lab cross, I am very active and require daily walks/runs. I do know how to heal, sit and shake, and before long, I am sure I can learn come and stay! (I will do anything for food!) I am crate trained and housebroken.

Here is a list of things I love:
~I love the off leash park.
~I love my toys.
~I love my pet bed (but if I had it my way, I would sleep with you every night)
~I love to curl up in front of the fireplace and if I just get an ears and neck rub, I will be like putty in my hands
~Most importantly, I love love love to play play play!

I am up-to-date on all my shots, have been microchipped and spayed. The most important thing for me is a family that will rub my tummy, love me completely, and give me a lot of exercise. I would do great in a home with another dog, but I’m flexible on that too. My foster mom says I am an absolute doll to have around - I will make a good addition to any home.

See my UPDATED photos HERE!

Me and Taniel have been in our foster home since before Christmas. It is thought we may have had distemper, or maybe it was just an upper respiratory virus that had to run it's course. Either way, we are good now, and we've both been to the doc for our big surgeries already. We've been vaccinated, microchipped, and we are all healthy and ready to go, just waiting for the right home to come along. I am definitely the more outgoing of the two of us, but I'm still a real good snuggler. It would appear that I have a very small bladder, so I will require a home that is understanding of that and realize that I'm not going to be one of those dogs that you can leave for hours without having access to somewhere to do my business. Other than that, I am great. Taniel & I have been together since we were born, and we are now 7 months old, so we will miss each other very much if we are seperated, but if the right homes come along, we will adjust.

Give the number below a call to set up an appt to meet me or my sister.

I'M GOING TO BE AT TAILZ ON SATURDAY !

That's me in the front with my buddies Druid and Sasha. I am a medium sized girl about 45lbs. I would be best suited to a home without small children, as I can be a nervous girl. I am great with other dogs and am house trained.

I came to SCARS before I was even born. My mom, Mary, was at a northern pound and was pregnant with 9 babies. Sadly, only 4 of us survived. I've been in my foster home in the city since I was 10 days old, and I am now 4 1/2 months old. My two sisters and one brother have all been adopted by their new families, and I know there is someone very special out there for me, because I am a very special girl (that's what my foster mom tells me all the time). I am so sweet, but very timid. There are other dogs in my foster home, and 3 kids, so I'm fairly well socialized. I will be a fairly big girl when I am all done my growing as I currently weigh 47 lbs.

I am looking for a family who is going to take me into their home and make me part of their family, and the spend the time with me that every young pup needs. I am house-trained and kennel-trained, and my foster mom is working on my leash-training.

Are you looking for a 45 pound young adult female doggie who:

~Will be good with your children or grandchildren?

SCARS welcomes Cara!

Cara is a Lab cross and about 2 years old. Like so many of our dogs Cara arrived from a Northern Pound in poor condition with the added problem of a disfigured eye. The vets diagnosed Glaucoma. Cara immediately went to surgery and had her eye removed. The good news is that she is no longer in pain. The even better news is the Glaucoma was caused by trauma, so her loss of vision will not spread to her other eye. SCARS would like to thank the Westlock Vet Clinic for their commitment to all our dogs and the attention they gave Cara so she would not have to go another day in pain.

Cara is a short-haired very happy go lucky dog. She has been good with kids, adults and other dogs. After her surgery she briefly stopped by her Foster Dad’s class and confidently met the Grade 10 students to help share the SCARS story. Cara is medium sized currently weighing just over 50 pounds. She has moved into the house at her foster home and appears to be house trained and is quiet in her crate at night. Cara will make a loving companion, please consider making her your friend for life, or donating to SCARS to help pay for medical bills for all our animals.

Ah, it seems that I should have been named Houdini! My adoptive Mom hated to do it, but I'm back at SCARS. Her yard wasn't secure enough to hold me.
I'm a loveable guy but have a bit of wanderlust left over from my time before SCARS. Give me a good home with an escape-proof fence, and I'll try to learn to stay put!

For adoption info please call (780) 474 - 9748 before 9 pm please

Well-I'm in my new foster home where I get to be the center of attention. I enjoy a good cuddle, I live for sleeping on your head and I'll take down a hair dryer any day as long as it means I can be close to my people. I had my teeth sorted out and I'm as good as gold and ready for my forever home. We can meet and have a cuddle so you can see what you're in for!

March 10,2008- Almost four months ago, my life was saved. I was so sick and broken but I tried on this -29 degree day, Nov 20th, to travel to the back of the cafe just incase I could find any bits of food. It seems I have lived my whole life on this north-eastern reserve and was noticed by a caring lady. She had seen me at times over the past year, I'd either had pups or was expecting pups again but was always trying to forage for food. But now it was November and the lady noticed me getting weaker, thinner and shivering as I searched for food in the freezing temperatures. Then on that 20th day she gathered me up and all of a sudden everything was new and different- I was in a warm car, eating dog biscuits. I was shivering uncontrollably, my teeth were chattering, my ears were frozen and my skin condition caused me to smell very bad. She looked at me and said " you poor, poor soul". I can't beleive my luck. I have a warm bed, my own food, treats and medicine for my skin condition.I get along with the resident dogs and cats and am crate trained. Janurary 7th was my second visit to the vet. He could'nt beleive his eyes, I had gained 12 lbs (now weigh 52 lbs), the skin scrapings showed I had no more demodex and I got vaccinated. He discovered some of my top teeth are gone and some bottom teeth are broken off. I have healed scars and permanently thickened ear cartilage from my ears being frozen so many times and a little piece of one ear missing. The vet just can't tell my age for sure, the back incisor teeth indicate about 4-5 years and other things tell him I'm older than that? Feb 7th, to the vet again, this time to check out why I'm abit stiff. Oh no, you know how we girls don't like to talk about age, but x-rays don't lie and it was discovered my age is 8-10 years! My knees are bad and the vet said I'll be a" Metacam" girl now, that medicine sure does help and my speed surprised the resident dogs. My hair has grown back and they say I'm gorgeous! I hear words like 'so sweet' and 'good natured' all the time. My doggie dream has come true, I have someone who loves me. I know there is someone else who would love me too and I would have my forever own home.

Well, here I am, Big Mac as they call me, nicely curled up on my doggy bed. Am I one good looking dude or what? I am 95 lbs of lap dog. I guess that means I don't realize I am as big as I am, and thus should be able to fit on your lap for a little snuggle.

My foster home has found that I'm not quite sure if cats are for eatting, or playing with, so it is thought best that I don't go to a home with cats, just in case. But I've been getting along with the dogs in my foster home, and I love people. Could I be the dog for you?

Holy smokes am I cute or what? I am Jax's sister, and obviously got the good looks in the family (what do boys know?). Even though us black dogs are always harder to take pictures of, I think this picture shows off my true inner beauty. I am about 4 months old and will be a medium to large size dog, and would love to find a home of my own. I get along with other dogs and cats. Give the number below a call and maybe we can meet.

I was adopted by my foster home a while ago, but before coming to SCARS, I was exposed to a virus that put my spay surgery on hold for a while. After a few weeks of being in quarantine, my foster mom realized I was gaining a lot of weight. She didn't want me to be self conscious about it, so she took me to the vet to get checked out. Turns out I was preggers! While I am still happy in my forever home and NOT up for adoption, take a look at all my pups, named after one of my favorite shows, "Scrubs". I gave birth to two girls and five boys on March 12 (by c-section no less). Now that’s true motherly love! All my pups and I are very health and my little ones are looking for their forever homes.

I am a very healthy boy, but still the runt of the litter. I may be small, but I will get bigger someday. Until then, I’m just working on building up some weight. I am very curious about this big world around me. Maybe you can help me figure it all out. I am ready to find my new home and can go with you around May 10th.

I fit somewhere in the middle of this bunch. I’m a very cute little guy looking for a family that will work on housetraining and all the other fun stuff that comes with adopting a puppy. But let me tell you, I will be well worth the effort. Like Carla said, we won't be big dogs, but I will bring big fun! Book early to see me, Kelso the Great!
